Thank you for taking the time to review our privacy policy. We at INVISR LLC (“INVISR”, “we” or “us”) value your privacy and want you to know that your information is important to us. That is why we provide you with this privacy policy—so you can better understand what information we collect, how we use your information and why we collect it. This privacy policy applies to certain of our services and products (“Services”) including:

I. Information we collect

We collect information in a few ways and use it to improve our Services for our users (for purposes of this Privacy Policy, “users” includes all persons who use or access our Services, including as part of any application, platform, plug-in, integration or application of a third party service providers or one of our Partners. We receive both information that is directly provided to us, such as personal information you provide when you visit the Services, and information that is passively or automatically collected from you, such as anonymous information collected from your browser or device. INVISR utilizes cookies to recall information so that visitors do not have to re-enter information during a return visit to our website, to understand and save your preferences for future visits, to compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction, to provide custom, personalized content, support, or information, which may include advertising. Unlike persistent Cookies, session Cookies are deleted when you log off from the Services and close your browser. Although most browsers automatically accept Cookies, you can change your browser options to stop automatically accepting Cookies or to prompt you before accepting Cookies. Please note, however, that if you don’t accept Cookies, you may not be able to access all portions or features of the Site or the Services. At present, there is no industry standard for recognizing Do Not Track browser signals, so we do not currently respond to them. Additionally,, third-party service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to support the operation of INVISR’s websites.
  3. Geo-location Information.i> If you are accessing a Service from a mobile device or through a mobile application, we will not ask you to share your geo-location information with us.
  4. Information Collected By Third Party Platforms. You can engage with our content through third party platforms, such as Salesforce, or other third-party plug-ins, integrations and applications. When you engage with our content on or through third party platforms, plug-ins, integrations or applications, you may allow us to have access to certain Information in your profile. This may include your name, e-mail address, photo, gender, birthday, location, or an ID associated with the applicable third party platform. Also, when we interact with you through our content on third party websites, applications, integrations or platforms, we may have access to information regarding your interaction with that content. For a description on how third party platforms, plug-ins, integrations or applications handle your information, please refer to their respective privacy policies and terms of use, which may permit you to modify your privacy settings. We do not store or collect any of this information. We are not responsible for the privacy statements or other content on websites outside of our website.
II. How We Use the Information

We may use the information to:

  1. provide and communicate with you about the Services or your account with us;
  2. respond to your questions and comments;
  3. enforce the legal terms (including without limitation our policies and terms of service) that govern your use of our Services, and/or for the purposes for which you provided the Information;
  4. prevent fraud or potentially illegal activities (including, without limitation, copyright infringement) on or through the Services; and
  5. protect the safety of our Users.

III. How We Use the Information

Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not share or rent any of your Information, including for marketing or advertising purposes. We may disclose the Information for limited purposes, as follows:

  1. To Partners to perform business-related functions on our behalf or on your behalf. This may include service providers that: (a) fulfill orders and user requests; (b) handle billing and payments; (c) host our Services; and (d) otherwise support our Services.
  2. As necessary for third parties to perform their agreements with respect to us.
  3. In response to a court order or subpoena, a law enforcement or government agency's request or other legal process, or in order to comply with any laws, regulatory authorities, or other applicable judicial or governmental order, or if otherwise legally compelled to do so (e.g., by deposition, interrogatory, request for documents, subpoena, civil investigative demand or similar process).;
  4. With third parties to investigate, prevent, or take action with respect to possible illicit activity, fraud, or threats to any person, us, or the Services, or any violations of the law, our policies or our Terms of Use.
  5. If we engage in a merger, business combination, restructuring, sale of our assets or other business transaction, we may transfer all or a portion of your Information in connection with the merger, business combination, restructuring, sale or other business transaction.

Otherwise, we will not disclose any of your Information without your consent (whether verbal, written or otherwise). Please note that the Services covered by this Privacy Policy may offer content that is sponsored by or co-branded with identified third parties and/or Partners. By virtue of these relationships, the third parties may obtain information from their users. We have no control over these third parties' use of the Information, which is subject to their own privacy policies.

IV. Children's Privacy Policy

We take measures to avoid collecting personal information from children under the age of 13. For example, children may have access to and provide Information through our Services, which are available on third party platforms (such as Salesforce), or third-party plug-ins, integrations and applications; however, we do not knowingly store or collect this data on our server or other platform, plug-in, integration or application. Rather, the information is maintained by these third parties on their respective platforms, plug-ins, integrations, applications or otherwise. We may assist with the transmission of this Information between our Partners (or other third party platforms plug-ins, integrations and/or applications) as an integral component of our Service, but this information is not knowingly collected or stored by us, and we do not share any of the Information for marketing or other advertising purposes. Our website is not directed to individuals under the age of thirteen (13).
Also, we do not knowingly collect, use or disclose personal information from children without prior parental consent, except as permitted by law. We rely on our Partners and third parties for purposes of ensuring that they have obtained the necessary consents and are in compliance with applicable privacy laws governing the collection, use and/or disclosure of information related to education or children, because we do not collect or use any such information, although we may transmit Information between Partners as part of our Services.
For a description on how our Partners (or other third parties) handle children’s information, please refer to their respective privacy policies and terms of use, which may permit parents or guardians to modify children's’ privacy settings. We have no control over our Partners or these third parties’ use of the Information, which is subject to their own privacy policies.

V. Additional Important Information Regarding Your Privacy
  1. International Transfer: These Services are governed by and operated in accordance with United States law. If you are located outside of the United States, you use any and all Services at your own risk. It may be necessary to transfer your Information internationally, however, your Information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using any of our Services, you (a) understand and acknowledge that the data protection and other laws of various countries, such as the United States, may provide a less protective or comprehensive standard of protection than those in your country, and (b) hereby consent to your Information being collected, processed and transferred as set forth in this Privacy Policy and under applicable U.S. federal and state laws.
  2. GDPR: INVISR may serve as a “Data Processsor”, as defined as an organization which processes Personal Information for a Data Controller. As we may serve as a Data Processor for our customers, we are bound by the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulations (the “GDPR”). Data processing is any operation or set of operations (whether automated or not) performed upon Personal Information. Examples of data processing explicitly listed in the text of the GDPR are: collection, recording, organizing, structuring, storing, adapting, altering, retrieving, consulting, using, disclosing by transmission, disseminating or making available, aligning or combining, restricting, erasure or destruction.
  3. Data Security: We and our Partners have put in place physical, electronic, and managerial procedures designed to help prevent unauthorized access, to maintain data security, and to use correctly the Information we collect online. These safeguards vary based on the sensitivity of your Information that is collected and stored. Although we take appropriate measures to safeguard against unauthorized disclosures of Information, we cannot assure you that Information will never be disclosed, altered or destroyed in a manner that is inconsistent with this Privacy Policy. Accordingly, we make no representation, warranty or guaranty regarding the sufficiency of our security measures and users provide the Information at their own risk. Human error, system failure, unauthorized use and other factors may adversely affect the security of the Information at any time.
  4. Data Retention: We only retain your information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
  5. How You Can Access or Correct Information: Access to certain personal Information that is collected from our Services and that we maintain may be available to you. You may request access to or correction of your personal information by contacting us via the “Contact Us” link on our website at www.invisr.com. Please include your first name, last name and e-mail address in the request. We may ask you to provide additional information for identity verification purposes, or to verify that you are in possession of an applicable email account.
  6. Governing Law: You agree that your use of any of the Services, this Privacy Policy, our Terms of Service and any claim, controversy or dispute relating to the Services, this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to any conflicts of law rules, and shall be resolved solely in the federal or state courts of New York, New York. If we prevail in court, we will be entitled to recover our legal costs, including any attorneys’ fees, in addition to any other relief.
  7. Entire Agreement: Except as otherwise provided in Section VI, below, this Privacy Policy, together with our Terms of Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and INVISR, in each case, regarding the contents therein, and supersede any other written, oral or other agreement or understandings. If a court determines that any provision of this Privacy Policy or our Terms of Service are invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect and the offending provision shall only be enforced to the maximum extent allowable by law.
  8. Other Provisions: Notwithstanding any provision of this Privacy Policy or the Terms of Service, to the extent you have entered into a valid written agreement, statement of work or other arrangement directly with us and signed by one of our authorized officers (a “Contract”), which Contract specifically governs or conflicts with the topics contained herein or in the Terms of Service or provide for additional restrictions with respect to the confidentiality or non-disclosure of information, the provisions of the Contract shall control.
VI. Updates & Effective Date

We may from time to time update this Privacy Policy. We will let you know about material changes by either sending an email notification to your most recently provided email address (if we have it), or by prominently posting a notice on our website, www.invisr.com and/or www.runpolystack.com. Your use of any of the Services after such changes have been posted will constitute your acceptance of all provisions in the updated Privacy Policy. We encourage you to periodically check back and review this policy so that you always will know what information we collect, how we use it, and with whom we share it.
